Course Objectives:
It equips security personnel with the knowledge and skills to prepare for work activities deter threatening behavior through visible security presence and deal with disorderly/threatening behavior
Course Content:
1. Prepare for Work Activities
2. Deter threatening behavior through visible security presence
3. Deal with disorderly/threatening behavior
Learners are expected to be 18 years old and above.
Assumed skills and Knowledge:
Listen, Speak, Read and Write English at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS Level 4; Manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS Level 4.
Dress code: Shirt (long or short sleeve), Pant (No jeans), Black shoe.
Medium of Instruction: English.
Only participants with 100% attendance will be eligible to sit for the examination.
Course Duration: 10 Hours. Day 1: 9 AM to 6 PM; Day 2: 9 AM to 11 AM
Assessment will be conducted by POLWEL. Assessment format: Role play – 95 mins, Oral Questioning – 25 mins.
