Course Aim:
Understand the knowledge and skills required in participating of daily washroom maintenance activities in environmental services industry
Course contents:
• LU1 Prepare for work activities
• LU2 Remove dust, debris, soilage and spillage from washroom facilities and clean washroom floors
• LU3 Reinstate work area
Applicants should preferably:
a) be above 18 years of age;
b) Able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Workplace Literacy Level (WPL) 2.
c) Secondary or lower education
d) Minimum 3 months of relevant work experience
Course Duration: 12 Hours (including 1 hour assessment). 100% Attendance is required.
Assessment Format & Duration:
Practical Performance –50 mins, Oral Questioning: 10 mins for each participant.
Passing criteria: Practical and Oral assessment – 100%
