Course Details

This course is to train persons who wish to be trained and employed as Suspended Scaffold (Gondola) Riggers to erect, install, reposition, dismantle or alter suspended scaffolds (Gondola).

*Outdoor practical classes may be postponed if required, due to unforeseen circumstances like raining.

Only the trainees with 100% Attendance will be allowed to sit for the test.

An approved scaffold contractor shall employ or engage only scaffold supervisors, scaffold erectors and suspended scaffold (gondola) riggers who have undergone a course of training approved by the Chief Inspector Every suspended scaffold (gondola) shall be erected, installed, repositioned, altered or dismantled by a suspended scaffold (gondola) rigger who has undergone a course of training approved by the Commissioner.
